2018-2022 Hyundai Veloster TruPedal by STILLEN Throttle Response Controller

The STILLEN TruPedal Throttle Response Controller is designed to improve the driving experience of the 2018-2022 Hyundai Veloster by reducing the delay between accelerator pedal input and throttle response. Modern drive-by-wire throttle systems can create a noticeable gap between pressing the accelerator and the engine responding. TruPedal modifies the accelerator pedal signal to provide quicker, more immediate throttle response without requiring ECU tuning.

TruPedal features four adjustable driving modes, each with seven levels of adjustment, providing 28 total settings across Race, Sport, City, and Eco modes, in addition to the stock setting. Race mode delivers maximum throttle responsiveness, while Sport provides a more dynamic response for everyday driving and passing. City mode is designed for smoother throttle control in stop-and-go traffic, while Eco provides a less aggressive response when desired.

A Valet Mode significantly reduces throttle response for controlled acceleration when someone else is driving the vehicle. The built-in memory function saves your last selected settings, while vehicle-specific calibration optimizes the controller specifically for the Hyundai Veloster.

Settings can be adjusted wirelessly through the supplied smartphone app. TruPedal also features a Bluetooth-authorized immobilizer function that can prevent throttle operation until the authorized phone is present, adding an additional layer of vehicle security.

Installation is plug-and-play and requires no specialized tools or ECU coding. STILLEN states that installation can be completed in 15 minutes or less. The TruPedal is made in Germany and backed by a 5-year warranty along with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
