2022-24+ Ford Bronco Raptor 3.0 Turbosmart KOMPACT EM BOV PLUMB BACK VR19

The award-winningTurbosmart Kompact EM Series Blow-Off Valve is the industrys first fully plug-and-play solution for vehicles equipped with an electronic factory diverter valve. The TS-0223-1282 replaces your OEM BOV with zero adapters, hoses, wiring mods, or complex setupjust unbolt the stock unit, plug ours in, and go. The factory ECU continues to control valve operation exactly as intended, preserving drivability while improving performance.

Engineered from billet aluminum and equipped with a high-temperature proprietary solenoid and O-rings, the Kompact EM delivers superior sealing, faster response, and excellent thermal stability. This upgrade is especially valuable for hybrid turbos or larger flowing units, where the stock electronic diverter valve often leaks under higher boost. By eliminating leakage, the EM helps your turbo achieve target boost more efficiently, reducing wastegate load and increasing overall reliability.

Plumb Back vs. Dual Port Whats the Difference?

You can choose the Kompact EM in Plumb Back or Dual Port form, depending on the sound and airflow characteristics you prefer:

Plumb Back (Recirculating) This Product

• Vents 100% of excess boost back into the intake system

• Maintains quiet, OEM-like operation

• Ideal for drivers who want stealth performance

• Helps optimise air controlgreat for stock or lightly modified setups

• Best for environments where noise regulations or discretion matter

Dual Port (For reference not this product)Click Here For Dual Port

• Splits venting between atmosphere and the intake

• Produces a crisp, sporty blow-off sound without being overly aggressive

• Offers a balance of recirculation and atmospheric venting

• Popular for performance builds wanting both sound and improved response

• No tuning changes requiredstill fully controlled by the OE ECU

Both options deliver the same performance improvements; the difference comes down to sound preference and airflow venting strategy.
