COBB TURBO BLANKET F-150 ECOBOOST 3.5L / RAPTOR 2017-2019

The COBB Turbo Blanket is engineered to manage heat more effectively in your 20172019 Ford F-150 EcoBoost 3.5L or Raptor by insulating the turbine housing of the turbocharger. Excessive radiant heat from the turbo not only raises intake air temperatures but can also shorten the lifespan of nearby components. By containing that heat, the COBB Turbo Blanket improves reliability, protects under-hood parts, and enhances overall performance.

Constructed with a fragmentized volcanic rock outer layer rated for 1500F direct heat and 1800F radiant heat, this blanket is built to handle extreme conditions. Internally, its insulated with high-temperature calcium magnesium silicate wool, rated for 1800F direct heat and up to 2300F peak heat, ensuring maximum heat containment where it matters most.

Performance benefits go beyond heat management. By insulating the turbine housing, the COBB Turbo Blanket helps retain useful exhaust energy, allowing the turbo to spool more quickly. Faster turbo RPM acceleration means youll reach peak torque more quickly, improving throttle response whether youre towing, daily driving, or pushing hard off-road.

Designed as a direct fit for stock or stock replacement turbochargers, this upgrade is simple to install and provides immediate improvements in both performance and protection.
