DBA 14-19 Ford Fiesta ST Front 4000 Series Slotted Rotor

Engineered to meet the demands of enthusiasts and performance-focused drivers, the DBA 4000 Series T3 Slotted Front Brake Rotor is a premium brake upgrade for the 2014-2019 Ford Fiesta ST. Built using DBA’s renowned XG-150 high-carbon alloyed iron, this rotor offers increased strength, superior heat capacity, and greater resistance to thermal stress compared to conventional brake rotors.

At the heart of this rotor is DBA’s advanced T3 slot design. Developed from the proven T2 slot pattern, the T3 incorporates additional precision CNC-machined tri-symmetrical slots that enhance braking response while delivering a quieter and smoother pedal feel. The increased number of slot exit points allows brake pad dust, gases, and debris to escape more efficiently, helping maintain optimal pad contact and ensuring consistent braking performance during repeated high-temperature stops.

Unlike traditional directional rotor designs that require separate left and right rotors, DBA’s universal T3 slot pattern simplifies installation while providing consistent performance regardless of mounting position. This innovative design also promotes even pad wear and improved brake bite under demanding conditions.

The DBA 4000 Series rotor further benefits from Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP), an advanced heat-treatment process that stabilizes the rotor’s metallurgy and improves resistance to cracking, distortion, and vibration caused by extreme heat cycles. Integrated thermo-graphic paint markings (THGP) provide a visual indication of operating temperatures, allowing drivers to monitor rotor heat exposure during performance driving and track use.

Designed as a direct replacement for the factory braking system, the DBA 4000 Series T3 rotor is ideal for street performance vehicles, track day enthusiasts, rally applications, and other high-performance driving environments where consistent braking and superior heat management are critical.
